RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

You’re not totally happy with your SYE watch or with the color of your Fastback™ strap?
Follow these simple steps to proceed to the return of your product.

1/ Contact SYE [Start Your Engine] with the completed return request form at hello (at) syewatches (dot) com.

2/ Once the return accepted by SYE, you have 14 days to send the product back (at your own cost) to the address that will be communicated to you.
The returned products have to be unworn, in their genuine packaging. We advise you to organize the return through an appropriate delivery method.

3/ Once the returned products inspected, SYE will refund you under a delay of maximum 7 days.

PRECAUTIONS

The returned goods must be in genuine conditions and must have never been worn.
Returned products that show signs of wear, are damaged, incomplete or dirty will not be accepted. Hence, they will not be refund and will be sent back to their owner.

To avoid any hassle, we strongly recommend sending the product back with insured delivery.

EXCHANGE

Still hesitating about the right model of your SYE watch or with the color of your Fastback™ strap?
Follow these simple steps to proceed to the exchange of your product.

1/ Contact SYE [Start Your Engine] with the completed exchange form at hello (at) syewatches (dot) com.

2/ SYE will get back to you with a pre-paid shipping label to send your product back.
NOTE: The returned products have to be unworn, in their genuine packaging.

3/ Once the returned product(s) inspected, SYE will send you the new reference(s) you selected and will eventually proceed to refund/payment collection to finalize the process (if the price of the new item is different from the original purchase).
