Delivery costs

During pre-orders, international delivery is offered.

When the pre-order period will be over, shipping costs will apply and will be detailed in this section.

Delivery

For the pre-orders delivery, we’ll make our best to give you an updated and accurate overview of each production step for straps and watches.

Standard delivery timings will be described later in this section.

You’re not totally happy with your SYE watch or with the color of your Fastback™ strap? Follow these simple steps to proceed to the return of your product.

2/ Once the return accepted by SYE, you have 14 days to send the product back (at your own costs) to the address that will be communicated to you. The returned products have to be unworn, in their genuine packaging. We advise you to organize the return through an appropriate delivery method.

3/ Once the returned products inspected, SYE will refund you or exchange the product (if applicable) under a delay of maximum 14 days.

PRECAUTIONS

The returned goods must be in genuine conditions and must have never been worn.

Return products that shows signs of wear, are damaged, incomplete or dirty will not be accepted. Hence, they will not be refund, nor exchanged and will be sent back to their owner.

To avoid any hassle, we strongly recommend sending the product back with insured delivery.
